Chris and Vy Vy’s wedding is one for my history books! It is one of my all-time favorite weddings to date, and it was such an honor to be a part of the planning and design from start to finish. Chris is incredible — a loyal and dear friend, an uber-talented photographer, a kind soul and super funny! Vy Vy is simply exquisite — smart, beautiful inside and out, thoughtful, and loving. I honestly could not be more humbled and honored to be considered a friend of this dynamic duo!
Their wedding dream took several months to diligently plan and execute so many stunning details. Vy Vy had a vision for an organic white and luxurious wedding, and the
Hudson Loft was honestly the perfect fit. This venue’s exposed brick walls, stunning views of downtown Los Angeles, character and charm led this setting to be the ideal backdrop for this grand affair.
My favorite design elements were the reception dining tables — we combined five different styles with two exquisite linens and colors of chiavari chairs, all paired with crisp, organic greens, ivories and candle light… Not to mention a sweetheart table fit for a king and queen! I also LOVED the customized seating chart featuring real florals with guests’ names attached. The many beautiful gold details tied everything together, from the guestbook to the gift table and so much more. Keep reading for more amazing wedding inspiration!
