Every couple wants a fairy tale wedding, but Victoria & Jason took the fairy tale idea to a whole new level. They planned a “Beauty and the Beast” themed wedding and selected the Richard Nixon Library for their wedding ceremony and reception. The East Room was the perfect fit for their gold and burgundy color palette. Some of the themed details included Victoria’s Belle-style gown, the apothecary rose centerpieces, and the stunning ceremony arch.
Despite all of the planning that went into Victoria & Jason’s wedding day, they could never have prepared for the thunderstorm that filled the skies on their wedding day. Some brides may have panicked, but Victoria partied in the rain with style. She rocked her awesome pink rain boots under her gorgeous gown, and definitely made the best of a difficult situation. Since there was rain in the morning, we set up two ceremony locations at the Library: one outside, and one inside. We knew there was a possibility the sky could clear in the afternoon, and thank goodness it did!! Victoria provided umbrellas for her guests, and this darling duo tied the knot under a light sprinkle. We will never forget the fairy tale ending to Victoria & Jason’s beautiful wedding day!
