A lovely, colorful wedding it was for the sweet pair of Keri and Eric. It was such a joy to work with two amazing people who met in the stairwell between their apartments years ago. Their loved blossomed and was truly the grounding source for their fun filled wedding day!

Keri & Eric selected the stunning Richard Nixon Library for both their ceremony and reception. And a picturesque setting and clear day it was for their ceremony in the luscious Rose Garden. Thankfully Keri rented some umbrellas to protect most of her guests from the warm summer sun and they added to the garden fell of their ceremony. Jason Spencer, the OC Reverend, did a wonderful job leading their ceremony, and I loved how Keri and Eric decided to incorporate a Sand Ceremony into their wedding too. Keri and her bridesmaids carried bright and festive bouquets of Gerber Daisies, and I loved how each girl carried one color and Keri’s bouquet was the combination of all of them. The bright colors truly fit Keri’s sweet, fun personality too!

The East Room was set for their reception and the food was AMAZING, catered by Jason’s Catered Events. Jason himself was heading up the kitchen and the fantastic Natalie Vishny was running the show. Guests could not stop raving about how wonderful the food was too. The decor in the East Room was simple and bright: the black linens complimented the Gerber Daisy centerpieces, by Victoria’s Garden, and made them pop. Keri and Eric also named all their guest tables after special places they had been together as a couple. Then, at the bottom of each of these names, there was a picture of the two of them telling the guests why that place held a special place in their hearts. Very cute!

I also LOVED the yummy and colorful cupcakes guests got to dig into later in the evening…

Keri & Eric selected a wonderful team of vendors for their wedding: Steve, from Infinity Lighting & DJ, led the reception with his tunes and festive demeanor; Joel Austel Photography and Carolwood Productions captured every fun moment of the day; Kelly & Shannon from Lucca Bella Salon assisting in “doing up” Keri and her girls…

It was simply a fun, colorful and festive wedding for this dynamic pair who deserved it. Thanks Keri & Eric for letting me be a part of your special day!!! Many, many blessings to you both!
