To say that we’re smitten by all of the lovely details of this romantic, garden-inspired wedding is an understatement. Taking place at Franciscan Gardens, Jean and Roger chose the most idyllic location for their special day. The ceremony arch — overflowing with lush greenery and fluttery florals in a soft color palette of ivory, champagne, and blush — perfectly complemented the gorgeous, natural setting. To demonstrate their vows to one another through all of life’s moments, Jean and Roger incorporated a “taste ceremony” which involved partaking of sweet, sour, bitter, and spicy elements to symbolize marriage in all of its stages. We loved designing their chic wedding programs, photo seating chart (with touches of “fun facts” about the couple), and beautiful signage and table numbers that complemented their decor. And can we talk about the bridal bouquet for a moment? Loosely tied garden roses in ivory and blush with dahlias, textural greenery, navy viburnum berry, and anemones… simply exquisite!!

The beauty of the day continued into the evening as string lights and white lanterns cast a warm glow over the reception area, highlighting the pop of navy in the guest dining table linens, the rustic-elegant cake table, and flickering rose gold votive candles. Sophisticated and glamorous yet luxurious and inviting, this splendid affair was the garden wedding of our dreams.
