Diane and Jon are such dolls, and they seriously made me smile every time I met with them. This darling couple met at a work Christmas party, and have enjoyed making each other laugh ever since. It was so enjoyable to be a part of their planning and design, especially when we conceptualized having a delightful Donut & Coffee Bar to greet guests when they arrived at the Nixon Library for their morning reception. I also love when couples pay attention to details with stationery elements such as a custom wedding hashtag, eye-catching welcome signage, and cute favors. Another fun touch was their unique twist on a guest book — guests signed and left best wishes on their own leaf of the “wedding tree.” Bouquets of roses and shades of pale pink with hints of gold and soft green made the reception a beautiful affair, and Diane and Jon’s fun spirit — as well as an adorable photo booth! — made the celebration a blast for all their family and friends.
