Ava and Ryan’s wedding was a great combination of the blending of two families (southern & Philippino), divine elegance, and true love. It was such a lovely day that ended in a truly magical way for the couple. Seriously a great wedding to be a part of!

Their ceremony was held at a Catholic Parrish near and dear to Ava’a heart as it was the one she grew up in. St. Lorenzo Ruis was the setting for their traditional Catholic ceremony, including mass, a large bridal party including Sponsors, Groomsmen & Bridesmaids, and of course the Cord, Veil and Candle lighting ceremonies traditions in the Philippines.

After the ceremony, Ava and Ryan held a festive Send-Off in a gorgeous Classic Limo. Guests watched eagerly as the couple toasted each other and then jetted off to the reception!

Their amazing cocktail hour and reception were held at the Richard Nixon Library. The always fabulous, Jason’s Catered Events, filled everyone’s bellies with awesome cuisine and beverage fanfaire. During the entire wedding guests enjoyed the festive and fun photobooth by my guys, Photo Booth Pros. Seriously fun was had by all, especially those who dared take the custom cardboard cutouts the Bride & Groom made of themselves into the photobooth. It was a stitch!

When doors opened to the stunning East Room, guests were literally transported to a romantic tropical waterfall setting, with the combination of blue lighting and music by Visions Entertainment, absolutely breathtaking floral designs by Dodie at Brassavolas, and a lovely blue wedding cake by the great Beverly’s Best Bakery.

Later in the reception, Ava surprised her guests and her new hubby with a surprise love song she sang accompanied by the grand piano & pianist. And to further delight, the Likas Philippinas Folk Dance Group performed a few traditional dances. Even Ryan got involved in the dancing…

Oh, and I can’t fail to mention the AWESOME and TALENTED Harvard Photography, who was gracious enough to send me these wonderful pictures from the wedding, along with Dan from Plug Video who captured all the festivities on film. Rose at Positive Image and Kat Park also helped Ava and her girls get simply beautified the day of the wedding…

It was a simply, elegant wedding for Ava & Ryan. Thanks you two for letting me be a part of it!
