What do you get when you combine the beautiful work of an incredible vendor team, the historic Ebell of Los Angeles, rich jewel tones, and pretty pretty blooms? The glamorous wedding inspiration of our DREAMS! Inspired by the gorgeous grounds and ornate architecture of The Ebell LA, we created a look of decadence and elegance. LV Floral Design designed lush florals around a lovely color palette of ivory, champagne, and blush with a pop of berry hues and rich greenery. Our mock outdoor ceremony included delicate gold chairs for seating and accents of vintage furniture with clusters of beautiful blooms for the aisle and altar decor. At cocktail hour, the stately surroundings of the venue’s Art Salon perfectly complemented our vintage lounge vignettes by Sweet Salvage Rentals, where we enjoyed playing with various prints, textures, and fabrics in vibrant jewel tones. This blending of prints and textures also carried into our reception decor.
For our mock reception, we designed three unique tablescapes with the most to-die-for linens by Luxe Linen: gold and champagne patterned linens on round tables, champagne lace runners on wooden rectangular tables, and crimson and pewter patterned linens on round tables. These linens were then paired with alternating black glass chargers with gold-rimmed glassware, and gold-rimmed glass chargers with black glassware. All looks were finished off with champagne napkins, gold flatware, and gold chairs. The centerpieces were low and lush, brimming with the prettiest florals and greenery. For the sweetheart table, we included plush crimson velvet arm chairs for the bride and groom. And, to top it all off, The Butter End Cakery created a confectionery masterpiece in the form of a burgundy fondant cake with shimmering gold appliqué detail.
