We are swooning over this utterly romantic, blushing Pelican Hill Resort affair. Judy and Peter dreamt of a classic and elegant wedding day and the end result was nothing short of a fairytale. The ceremony was a vision with tall billowing altar arrangements on acrylic boxes with beautiful and overflowing blush blooms, lush flower boxes lining each side of the aisle, luxurious blush chiffon draped over the resort’s iconic rotunda, and of course, the sparkling ocean as the ceremony backdrop. It quite literally took our breath away!
To honor their heritage, the bride and groom incorporated an intimate and traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony into their day, complete with a gorgeous cultural outfit change. After guests mingled and enjoyed lavish hors d’oeuvre displays at cocktail hour, they were then invited to the lovely dinner reception which was teeming with floral arrangements of overflowing blush blooms. Accenting each guest table were ivory brocade linens, etched glass votive candles, taper candles in silver and brass holders, clear glass chargers, and mirrored table numbers, and the cake—oh the cake! It was simply divine covered in white fondant and embellished with gold foil detail and pale pink roses and peonies. The entire day was enchanting from start to finish. We loved working with Judy & Peter on their dream day, and thanks to the beautiful work of Sanaz Photography, we get to relive every exquisite detail!
