Can you believe this fairytale wedding is NOT a styled shoot? Maureen and Marc’s stunning Pelican Hill Resort affair was unbelievable gorgeous from start to finish with the most lovely color palette that just defines romance: shades of mauve, dusty rose, blush, ivory and creams, textured greenery, and accents of gold and rose gold. And thanks to the awe-inspiring florals from Bloom Box, modern yet whimsical romance was taken to a whole new level! The ceremony setting was beyond elegant with billowing white chiffon draped over the resort’s iconic Italian rotunda, tall floral arrangements with overflowing blooms set on acrylic pedestals, a crystal chandelier, and seamless white flooring for the aisle runner—not to mention the panoramic ocean views. And we love the beautiful bride’s misty tulle layered dress with floral appliqués and high low design. Absolutely dreamy!
Guests were invited to an alfresco reception illuminated with market lights overhead, as well as a stunning view of the ocean and sunset. An elegant mirrored seating chart display, adorned with a lush garland of greenery and roses, provided guests with their seating assignments. Long rectangular guest tables were graced with cream-colored matte satin linens, dusty rose velvet napkins, gold rimmed plates, gold flatware, rose gold glassware, crystal cut water goblets, tall taper candles in gold holders, lucite chairs, gold and rose gold mercury glass votive candles, and a mixture of low and lush floral arrangements in rose gold containers and full, tall floral arrangements with a loose and romantic design. To finish off the place settings, a single mauve blossom was placed on each napkin. The overall affect was classic and timeless with a clean, modern feel—and altogether just to die for.
The celebration didn’t stop there. The evening continued with an after party in the resort’s elegant Ballroom, set up beautifully with white draping, a seamless white dance floor, and white covered band stage. Luxurious lounge furniture was positioned in front of the cozy fireplace on the ballroom terrace with candles galore. To conclude the evening, guests were treated to a visit from an In-N-Out truck as a late night snack. Lin & Jirsa did a phenomenal job capturing every beautiful detail of this spectacular day, leaving us with a gallery that is almost too good to be true!
