Everything about this wedding exudes classic romance, nostalgia, and pure beauty. And the tender way that the bride and groom looked at each other, not to mention the groom’s reaction to seeing his bride in her dress for the first time? Priceless! We love every single beautiful detail from this special day, and this sweet darling couple made it even more amazing.
We were thrilled to be able to design and create wedding invitations and stationery for this lovely affair, with a monogram of the couple’s initials and greenery artwork as the overarching theme. Brittany and Adam’s timeless and romantic style blended perfectly with the rich and historical, Spanish-style surroundings of the Casino San Clemente, along with their color palette of deep eggplant, charcoal grey, and natural greens. The ceremony took place in the venue’s outdoor garden, a perfect space for this vintage-elegant gathering. Abundant greenery and blooms in white and deep purples were draped over the fireplace mantle—the focal point of the ceremony—with the couple’s monogram mounted onto the fireplace overhead, and black metal lanterns adorned with greenery lined each side of the aisle. It was simply perfection.
The beauty only continued as guests moved into the ballroom for the dinner reception. Charcoal grey linens were accented with deep eggplant purple napkins, black chargers, vintage purple goblets, silver mercury glass votive candles, floral arrangements of loose organic greenery with lush purple and white blooms, and sprigs of greenery tucked into each napkin. Amber uplights and vintage crystal chandeliers gave the room a warm glow, and delicate white twinkle lights served as the perfect backdrop for the sweetheart table. The cake table and sweetheart table were draped in deep eggplant purple linens for contrast, which absolutely radiated with candlelight. As a fun late-night treat for guests to enjoy in between dances, a gourmet popcorn bar was set up with a variety of seasonings.
