I am truly enthusiastic when a bride knows exactly what she wants and add some fun and kitchy elements to the wedding day, which truly makes it capture who they are as a couple. Well, Brianne was able to pull of just that: a simply elegant wedding, in a Romantic Serene way. It was a memorable day for many, especially for this darling couple!
Brianne & Yoalmo selected the tranquil and serene Westin South Coast Plaza, a hidden gem in my opinion in Orange County. This hotel has all the feel of a glam, large hotel, yet combined with clean lines, beautiful decor, and friendly staff, it gives of the feel of being a smaller boutique hotel, which is just what many love.
Brianne and Yoalmo were married next to the romantic waterfall at the Westin. It was such a gorgeous day in So Cal, and the florals designed by Flower Allie were simply stunning, from the swirling ivory petals and floating candles down the aisle, to the elegant arch flowing from head to toe. It brought tears to my eyes when Yoalmo saw Brianne for the first time as she made her way down this beautiful aisle… his knees were knocking too!
For cocktails, guests were wined and dined on the outdoor terrace, overlooking the beautiful day. Since Brianne & Yoalmo called each other “potatoes,” they showcased Mr. & Mrs. Potatoe Head on their placecard table for all to smile and giggle.
Then it was off to dinner and the Lido Ballroom was set aglow with luschious ivory florals, champagne linens by Fusion Linens, and amber lighting and ambient music by the great Invisible Touch DJ’s.
Delicious cake by Cinderella Cakes…
And to top the night off, Brianne had a beautiful Candy Station set for guests to take a treat to enjoy on their way home…
A big thank you to all of Brianne & Yoalmo’s vendors: Officiant – Ben Kayashima, Videographer – Natalie Small, and Photographer – Taverna Studio.
Thank you Brianne & Yoalmo for the opportunity to be a part of your special day! Blessings to you both!
