I’ll never forget my first conversation with Laura. Her sweet Southern charm and calm disposition left me feeling an instant connection to this Southern girl. I mean after all, I’m a southern Alabama girl (at heart) and knew I just had to be a part of Laura’s unforgettable destination wedding. It was a true delight to help Laura bring together so many beautiful design elements, including her beautiful stationery with pops and hints of gold glitter. We loved designing and conceptualizing her place cards, menus and picture ideas for cocktail hour. And of course, it was fabulous to bring in our favorite vendors to be a part of this wedding too, starting with the FABULOUS Jenny B Floral Design and her stunning flower arrangements of hydrangeas, roses, succulents and berries. Tying together a color scheme of navy, blush and gold, their big day was full of love, laughter, and so many fun unique details — like delightful chocolates as wedding favors, a mantelpiece dedicated to photos of family members, and monogrammed handkerchiefs for the groomsmen, just to name a few.
