This lush, sprawling vineyard is located in the Santa Ynez valley in Santa Barbara wine country, just two and a half hours north of Los Angeles. Situated on 100 naturally beautiful acres, Gainey Vineyard has options for both indoor and outdoor events. Conveniently located from both north and south as well as the city of Santa Barbara, it’s the perfect escape to plan your perfect day.
CEREMONY & RECEPTION SITES
Gainey Vineyard offers seven unique spaces to choose from when planning your wedding. The Spanish-style Tasting Room — with its stunning view of the gorgeous landscape and authentic saltillo-tile floors — is perfect for intimate gatherings, as is the cozy Wine Cellar. For larger affairs, you can reserve the elegant, spacious Barrel Room from December through March. The large outdoor Patio is also available for alfresco receptions, and the Vineyard View picnic area — flanked by two magnificent California Oaks — is another fantastic outdoor option. The Courtyard can accommodate the very largest of weddings. You can’t go wrong with any of these fabulous spaces on the main vineyard property…though you could also choose to take the scenic half-mile ride from the winery to the Gainey Ranch homestead, with its 19th-century barn (refurbished with a dance floor!) and majestic, private setting.
