Winter weddings are always so lovely, warm and heartfelt.  I don’t know if its the weather that brings it out, or, if it is couples like Matt & Shayna that just exude this.  Matt & Shayna were a truly wonderful couple and such a pleasure to work with.  I remember getting messages from Shayna during the planning process that would make me smile because they were as if she was talking to me, instead of to my voicemail.  This wedding was one of my last for 2010, and was truly a Heartfelt Charming wedding…

Shayna & Matt selected the Richard Nixon Library for their ceremony and reception.   Despite the rain here and there, Shayna & Matt’s day was simply lovely…  It all started with some portraits and then the Veiling of the Bride & Ketubah Signing, which were very intimate and heartfelt.  And Shayna just glowed, thanks to Matt’s smiles and her beautiful Makeup by Berit.

Then, it was time for their ceremony that made me cry with such happiness and delight… Rabbi Heidi Cohen performed a very traditional Jewish ceremony underneath the Chuppah, decorated in stunning reds, ivories, and whites by the wonderful Jenny B Floral Design.  Their music was also a delight, by JME Band.

After the ceremony, while Shayna & Matt finished up a few portraits with the awesome Harvard Photography and Charles from Timeless Image Productions, guests filled their tummies of delicious cuisine by White House Catering and played in the festive photo booth by Photobooth Pros.  Then it was time to party in the grand East Room, decorated to the hilt by Jenny B Floral Design in charming reds, blacks, and ivories…

After dinner guests ate yummy cake by Beverly’s Best Bakery, and danced the night away to the live jamming tunes from the fantastic JME Band…. (staging provided by Create A Party Rentals)…

Shayna & Matt’s wedding was one I will never forget.  Thanks you two for giving me the pleasure and opportunity to work with you both on your special day… many blessings to you!
