Such a delightful couple to work with, especially to see their long courtship come to fruition on their beautiful wedding day. Shaina and Mike were high school sweethearts, and so in love! Their families could not have been happier to see this pair united for their Happily Ever After. Shaina chose purple as their wedding color and incorporated it beautifully in several different details of the day — most notably the gorgeous floral arrangements, which included flowers in myriad shades of purple from lavender roses and deep magenta dahlias to bright violet lisianthus. One of my favorite moments was seeing Shaina escorted down the Hilton Waterfront‘s gorgeous staircase by her sweet brother, and at the bottom of the stairs her brother handed her off to her father who escorted Shaina the rest of the way… There wasn’t a dry eye left in the room after seeing this sweet moment!
