How lucky can one girl be to have the opportunity to be a part of another beautiful wedding!  Melinda was a dream to work with and Cory is such a doll, no wonder they make a great pair!  Melinda & Cory’s day was full of love, a surprise here and there, and was truly a Simply Classic Wedding…

Melinda, and her fabulous mother Marcy, planned an elegant wedding, one all their guests would remember…  Melinda fell in love with Richard Nixon Library, where their ceremony took place in the always glamorous Rose Garden.  Their Simply Classic Decor by Classics Florist, eclipsed their wedding day with soft white orchids and dainty flowers along with brushes of silver here and there.

The East Room was honestly tranformed for this wedding, as Melinda had Silver Chivari Chairs rented for her Classic wedding, and there wasn’t any gold insight besides the gold curtains in the East Room…  Jason’s Catering, provided the perfect cuisine and flair needed to make this day truly magical for Melinda & Cory.

It never ceases to amaze me how something as simple as lighting can completely transform a space.  Here the East Room took a tone of magical blues and purples, creating a subtle Hawaiian vibe for the event thanks to Atmosphere Entertainment for lighting and DJ services…

And I love it when my clients pay attention to details, such as yummy macaroon favors,  and Memory Tables, which remember those relatives special to the couple that are no longer with us…

Oh, and to honor Melinda’s love of the Hawaiian Islands, she brought in special performers from Tiana’s Polynesian Dance Group.  And then Melinda even surpised Cory even further and danced a polynesian Wedding Love Song for him…  Seriously cute!

And their Simply Classic Wedding Cake by the fabulous Tom Girl Baking Company, was just tasty!

A Big Thank You to all of Melinda & Cory’s other great vendors:  Tanya Rothman – Officiant; Jared Crawford – Photography; Poetry Booths – Photobooth; Angelica Strings – Ceremony Entertainment; Susan Ung – Hair/Makeup; American Executive – Transportation.

Thank you Melinda & Cory for the opportunity to share this day with you.  I wish you both the best!
