Every so often, I get the distinct pleasure of planning a destination wedding.  And this one for Lindsay & Scott was one of my favs!  Not only did I get to work with two great people, but I also enjoyed some much needed R&R over the weekend in Palm Springs.

Lindsay & Scott selected the La Quinta Country Club in the Palm Springs area for their exquisite classy wedding.  Their ceremony was stunning with the fantastic mountain backdrop behind them. I loved the luscious bed of white petals to complement Lindsay’s gorgeous bouquet by Cachet Fiore. And I have to say, that the bursts of wind that afternoon gave way for a very peaceful, warm and tranquil day…

After these two tied the knot, they ventured off onto the grounds to grab a few intimate shots with the ever so fabulous photographers Mathieu Photography (thanks for these great pics you two!!!).

Meanwhile, guests ventured off to cocktail hour lead by a wonderful Bag Piper, David, which was a tribute to Scott’s heritage and a surprise to everyone.   The delicious hors d’ oeuvres and cocktails were a delight to all and guests also had an opportunity to sign and enjoy this really cool guest book tree!

There were so many intricate details that Lindsay selected for their wedding reception. I loved the personalized photos on every table, the signs for the Bride & Groom’s chairs, personalized favors, and the exquisite centerpieces!

…and a lovely wedding cake by Dot’s Cakes!

It is such a great idea to bring a sample of your wedding invitation on your wedding day. This way, you can have your photographer capture a great stationary shot!

It was such a pleasure to work with the following vendor team: Venue – La Quinta Country Club; Florist – Cachet Fiore; Officiant – Richard Cadieux; Photographer – Mathieu Photography; Videographer – Hap the Video Man; Hair – Donna Walker; Makeup – Label Me Lindsay; Band – LA Soul Project Band; Band – Back to the 80s; Bagpiper – David Ibboston; Bakery – Dot’s Cakes

Thank you so much to Lindsay & Scott for allowing us to play a part in your special day. We wish you both the best in your marriage together!
