Katie & Dayne’s Stunning Dream Wedding…

Sometimes I truly am in awe of how amazing and lovely a wedding can be, not only because of the great brides and grooms I get to work with, but because of the combination of their vision and the vendors they wisely choose to execute all their dreams.  Katie & Dayne were truly blessed to have a dream team for their wedding day, and it honestly was one of my favorite weddings of my career.  Katie & Dayne’s wedding was Stunning indeed!

Katie & Dayne selected the gorgeous Richard Nixon Library for their dream wedding day…  It completely eclipsed their festive occasion, complete with stunning decor by the talented Larissa at Inviting Occasion.  Larissa was able to combine Katie’s passion for beautiful, simple and vintage furniture, with simply stunning arrangements all in a soft pink color palette with hints of golden yellow.  And as you can see from the pictures below, words can’t seem to capture the essence of the day well enough, so I am just going to let Studio EMP show you the results…

Their tranquil ceremony in the Rose Garden…

Cocktail hour behind the Presidential Birth House, complete with a custom Escort Card wall, hanging their Honey Wands with guests names (Honey Jars to come later by the Bride’s Grandfathers bees)… Oh, and I just LOVED the vintage rentals brought in by Katie’s mom, Heidi, to complete this stunning wedding day.  Jenny, at Found Vintage Rentals, always comes up with some fantastic decor!

And on we are into the Stunning East Room…  words cannot begin to explain how lovely it was!

I also LOVE large tables, called King’s Tables, for the Bride & Groom to sit with their entire bridal party and their dates…

Katie’s grandfather has always made Honey… so Katie decided to incorporate a little bit of Honey into their special day!

Their centerpieces were truly magical, and stunning!

What is a wedding without a GORGEOUS wedding cake by the talented Melody from Sweet & Saucy!

And to basically bring the entire festive wedding to a dreamy end, Katie & Dayne suprised their guests with a Late Night Burger Truck, but TK Burgers.  What a great way to end this fabulous wedding!

I also need to give credit where credit is due for Katie & Dayne’s other Dream Team Vendors:  White House Catering – Cuisine & Beverages; JME Band – Entertainment; Maurice Hansen – Officiant; Shutterbooth – Photobooth; Create A Party – Rentals; Fusion Linens – Linens; Tiffany Monday – Hair; Makeup by Berit – Makeup; Pilot Limousine – Transportation.

Congratulations, Katie & Dayne!  It was an honor being a part of your special day…  And, A Big THANK YOU to Heidi (Katie’s mom) for giving me the opportunity to be a part of it all…

Thank you Ashley for helping to make that day so special. Heidi, along with Katie & Dayne had a vision and with your expertise you showed them how to put it all together. There was so much love at this wedding and needless to say it was amazingly fun! My friends helped me put together the honey jars and place cards (honey dippers) and you displayed them very cleaverly. We hope to see you at the weddings of Molly and Emily!
