EVENT SPACES
From a lavish affair to an intimate wedding reception, Hyatt Newport Beach can do it all. The Ampitheater is a whimsical and idyllic outdoor venue to host your wedding ceremony, complete with a tiered grass gallery, views of Newport Beach Back Bay, and a lush garden setting that can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. The surrounding lawn can also be utilized for cocktail hour following the ceremony.
The Garden Patio, ideal for a wedding reception up to 100 guests, is a gorgeous and charming outdoor space with string lights overhead, a stone fire pit, and olive trees all around. Following dinner, guests can then dance the night away in the adjacent Garden Room, an inviting space complete with a marble fireplace, French doors and windows.
For a sophisticated, grand ballroom reception, the Plaza Ballroom is the perfect venue with a capacity of 500 guests and a lovely outdoor pre-function space for cocktail hour. The Plaza Arbor, attached to the Plaza Ballroom, can also be utilized for an all outdoor wedding reception and includes a permanent canopy with lush, tropical landscaping along the perimeter. Another exquisite reception space is the Terrace Room, which has the capacity for 180 guests and offers floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the resort’s gardens and Newport Beach Back Bay. Connected to the Terrace Room is the Oasis Court, which can be utilized as a pre-function space, or even an all-outdoor wedding reception, accomodating up to 220 guests.
