Catty and Harold were truly a wonderful and darling couple.  I had the distinct pleasure of working with them “long-distance” as they planned their entire wedding from New York!  Catty had very elegant taste and her wedding day truly was amazing… a Splendidly Lilac Wedding to remember!

Catty found the beautiful Malibou Lake Mountain Club as the setting for their special day.  Meredith, the facility manager and representative of Truly Yours Catering, did an excellent job assisting to help make this day as perfect as possible for Catty & Harold.  The ceremony was situated in the beautiful and lush lawn, right outside the main ballroom.  The clouds that day hung tightly to the mountains and created the most romantic landscape one could ask for, with out any rain!  And they only added to the ambiance created by stunning floral design by Sophisticated Parties and the music by violinist Jennifer Argenti.  One would be remiss to forget the memorable ceremony, led by Dr. Kimber Lee Wilkes too.

After the ceremony, guests wined and dined on the patio, draped in lovely purples and ivory by the talented Sky Events & Productions…  Then, it was time for the party!  The ballroom looked magical and was set from top to bottom in a cozy, warm feel from the fireplace, to the splendidly lilac centerpieces, favors, delicious candy station goodies, and delicious food by Truly Yours Catering.  DJ Alan, from Music to Go Entertainment, led the way for a dancing fun party, combined with a beautiful tribute slideshow by FBN corp.  Oh, and I can’t forget to mention their other fabulous vendors:  Kings Hawaiian for the gorgeous cake; the TALENTED Kelly Zhang for makeup/hair; the FABULOUS Laura from Lulu Photography (thanks for the awesome pics Laura!); and Homewood Suites for the guest accommodations.

Catty was a beautiful bride, Harold a dashing groom, and they danced the night away with all their closest family and friends… It was truly a Splendidly Lilac wedding.  Thanks Catty & Harold for the opportunity to be a part of your special day!
